Terms of Service — TalkToMyManager

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TalkToMyManager ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

TalkToMyManager provides a professional file delivery intermediary service for creative professionals ("Creators") and their clients ("Recipients"). The Platform facilitates the formal handoff of digital assets via time-limited, tracked access links. TalkToMyManager does not host, store, or own any media files.

3. User Accounts

Creators must sign in using a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must not share your account credentials with any third party.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to deliver unlawful, harmful, or infringing content. You are solely responsible for the files you link through the Platform and for ensuring you have the right to share them with your clients.

5. File Delivery & Expiration

Creators set a "Power Window" — a defined period during which a Recipient can access the linked files. Upon expiration, access is revoked. TalkToMyManager is not responsible for files deleted, moved, or made inaccessible by the Creator or third-party storage providers after a delivery is sent.

6. Google Drive Integration

TalkToMyManager uses the Google Picker API solely to allow Creators to select files from their own Google Drive for the purpose of generating a shareable link. We request read-only access and do not store, modify, or transmit your Google Drive files or data. Use of Google services is also governed by Google's Terms of Service.

7. Digital Witnessing & Audit Logs

The Platform records forensic metadata including IP addresses, timestamps, and user actions for the purpose of generating delivery receipts. This data is used to protect both Creators and Recipients in the event of a dispute.

8. Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features may require payment, processed via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Subscription plans may be cancelled at any time, but access continues until the end of the billing period.

9. Limitation of Liability

TalkToMyManager is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, TalkToMyManager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including data loss or failure of file delivery.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
